You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are separate businesses responsible for their estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. For problems with work at your property, raise the issue directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of those exchanges.
Please also tell Joinedhighest Concrete. Your feedback helps us assess conduct within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. We cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a provider or represent that business.
Submit your complaint to contact@joinedhighest.skin with:
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine what happened and may contact the provider as part of that process. We will then explain our findings and any action we plan to take.
If our reply leaves the issue unresolved, respond and request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may offer help.
Send complaints and related correspondence to contact@joinedhighest.skin.
